BISP Training & Consultancy was established on 4th July 2007 with the aim of delivering a flexible, quality training service to key Clients which would result in empowered, motivated delegates. Our company has grown in terms of the training we can offer and our customer base. We have earned a reputation for delivering a quality service.

Contrary to what you may have thought BISP is a surname not an acronym! The founder and Director
of our company is Janice Bisp, a nurse with global experience who, having completed a BA (Hons) in
Business, managed the regional safety charity RoSPA NI for 12 years. The first aid skills obtained
whilst at the front line of many casualty departments, coupled with the core skills acquired whilst
managing a company dedicated to risk reduction and injury prevention, including safety training and
project management, are essentially what this company was built on. However, we now have a pool of
vastly experienced and professional Trainers which has enabled us to meet our Clients evolving
needs.
Occasionally our Clients will ask us for services beyond our current programme and we aim to
accommodate those needs. Our network of Consultants and Trainers is continually growing enabling us
to deliver even better services.
Our services are underpinned and continually updated by strong links and memberships with key bodies such as Health & Safety Executive NI, Association of First Aiders, the National Back Exchange, the Northern Ireland Safety Group, HAPNI and the Institute of Business Consulting.
Our ethos is…that learning should be fun and that training should inspire delegates to think and behave differently as a result of their experience with us. Safety should be a shared, positive goal at every level within companies and communities and this philosophy is encouraged throughout our service delivery.
